Three specialists. One team.

Each of us started out on our own: Saikat in security research, Shayan in machine learning and Parth in product design. As our individual work grew, we kept running into the same thing. Happy clients wanted help with problems outside our own field.

So we joined forces. Bluecodec brings a top-ranked security researcher, an ML engineer and a product designer together, so clients get one team that can secure, build and ship.

Saikat Banerjee

Saikat is a security researcher and penetration tester who has spent years finding vulnerabilities in some of the world's best-known products. On Bugcrowd, where he hunts as ethicalbughunter, he is ranked 15th all-time, with valid findings for Dell, Pinterest, Ford, Twilio, Comcast and hundreds more.

His work spans web apps, Android and iOS apps and APIs. At Bluecodec he leads every security engagement, from scoping to the final report, and red-teams the AI systems and products we build.

Shayan Banerjee

Shayan is a data scientist and machine learning engineer with a postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. He has worked on machine learning programs at Google and has written ML algorithms for multinational companies.

At Bluecodec he leads AI and LLM engineering: choosing the right model, fine-tuning and evaluating it on real data, and deploying it securely in our clients' environments.

Parth Panchal

Parth is a product designer who turns early ideas into products people want to use. He has designed experiences for emerging brands, helping them raise investment and scale to larger platforms.

At Bluecodec he leads product strategy and design, from the first discovery workshop to a launch-ready design system, and shapes how our AI products look and feel.
